- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled quest are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
- Urban Quest Best reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a quest due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
